- JENNIFER FONTAINE
  Founder & Managing Director
  
  In 1992, Jennifer kicked off her career at Sony Music, starting off in a temporary position before she was soon offered a full-time role as National Publicity & Promotions Coordinator. Jennifer continued her rise through the ranks, and after three years in the Executive Office was promoted to National Publicity & Artist Relations Manager for the Columbia imprint after Sony reshaped internally. In 1999, Jennifer accepted the position of National Publicity & Artist Development Director at Warner Music, remaining with the label for eight years until she launched her own business, Private Idaho working as a consultant to international artists seeking Australian support and other major Australian Artists. Private Idaho has offices in Sydney and Los Angeles exclusively managing the illustrious careers of Human Nature, Guy Sebastian, Jules Sebastian, up and coming rising star Scarlett Zumbo and some exciting new client signings being announced soon.
  
  All of Private Idaho’s management clients have enjoyed pinnacle career moments throughout their multifaceted careers in the entertainment industry and, remarkably, the entire roster was showcased at the 2019 ARIA Awards: Human Nature were inducted into the ARIA Hall Of Fame, Guy Sebastian successfully hosted to much acclaim and was awarded two prestigious awards (Video Of The Year & Song Of The Year – Choir) out of four nominated categories, and Jules hosted the red carpet arrivals. Human Nature were awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for the 2019 Australia Day Honours and on that same year, Guy was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) as part of the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
  
  Jennifer has always loved music and popular culture and remembers watching all of the entertainment shows on TV when she was growing up. “My life would be empty without music,” she admits. “It carries me through every day – morning, noon and night. I love the power of music and the impact it can have on our lives and popular culture.” It’s thanks to the love and support of her family, son Maxwell, friends and colleagues that Jennifer finds balance. A big focus on fitness also gives Jennifer the mental and physical strength to power through the unique demands of her job and those typically long work days. “I’m passionate about Private Idaho, because I love what I do and feel so lucky to work with such talented clients who are world class.” Jennifer concludes.
- LAUREN STAMPER
  Sydney Manager
  
  Lauren has worked in music and entertainment across her entire career, mainly in TV production, and first met Jennifer on ‘The Voice’ set. As Guy and Jules Sebastian’s day-to-day manager, Lauren’s role covers artist scheduling, artist relations, tour management, content creation and client liaising, but she is also across all of their creative, long-term planning and concept development. When Human Nature are in Australia, Lauren looks after the band’s day-to-day requirements and is also part of their larger team that focuses on the U.S. market.
  
  Lauren comes from a long line of musicians: her grandmother studied at The Julliard School and was one of the first females to play piano in New York’s big bands, both her father and husband are professional musicians and she also studied piano. “At home, we love to turn up the music and have a dance party any chance we can!” Lauren enthuses, adding that her favourite thing to do in life is hang out with her husband and two young children, Goldie and Jed.
- MANDY PERRY
  Sydney Manager
  
  Mandy and Jennifer worked together at Warner Music for a number of years before she was brought over to Private Idaho, where she has worked for the better part of ten years. As well as touching on the day-to-day needs of all of Private Idaho’s management clients, Mandy is the company’s resident touring expert and promotions manager with multi-facet experience across many parts of the business.
  
  Having accepted her position at Warner Music at the age of 18, music has always been a huge part of Mandy’s life. “As a kid, at 6am every Saturday morning I’d be up watching ‘Rage’,” she recalls. “My uncle used to work at Sydney Entertainment Centre, so we saw most of the tours. Before I was 14, I’d seen the likes of INXS, Tina Turner, AC/DC, John Farnham and MC Hammer.” When she’s not bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise to Private Idaho, Mandy loves spending time with her family, shopping, reading and laughing with friends over the odd glass of vino (or two) during long lunches.
- JACKSON NETTLESHIP
  Creative Director
  
  Jackson is a passionate cinematographer and editor from Los Angeles. For the past several years, Jackson has been developing his industry skills and been fortunate enough to harness opportunities to shoot for a variety of clientele in the commercial and travel/lifestyle industry, including prominent names like Postmates, Corona, Beautiful Destinations, Visit Kyoto, and Private Idaho’s singer and songwriter, Guy Sebastian.
  
  As a creative storyteller at heart, his mission is to create visually pleasing and impactful work for all of his clients. He is also the founder and creative director of Lowlight, a Southern California-based video production company.
  
  Jackson is currently embarking on a gap year, taking a break from his film studies at Chapman Dodge University, to explore new opportunities and expand his horizons by working in the vibrant film scene of Sydney, Australia. When he is not behind the camera, he enjoys pursuing his other passions, which include hiking, golfing, and traveling!
- JESS BUCKLEY
  Executive Assistant
  
  With a background in Hospitality, Human Resources and Administration support, Jess prides herself on working behind the scenes to efficiently improve the day-to-day operations of team Private Idaho.
  
  With a true passion for keeping executives organised, Jess supports our Managing Director with her day-to-day diary and calendar management, pre-empting the needs of Jen and the greater team, allowing them to work in their zone of genius, and continually push forward for our clients.
  
  Initially studying hospitality, Jess quickly realised that her people-person skills were what set her apart, and her love of providing support in the service industry grew. Moving through hotels and then into the corporate EA world, Jess loves the fast pace and variety that the dynamic entertainment industry provides.
  
  In her spare time, Jess loves quiet family time, or cocktails with girlfriends, and her favourite place to be is on the NSW South Coast.
- FIONA GLENN
  Sebastian Foundation Manager
  
  As General Manager of The Sebastian Foundation, Fiona works closely with us on various Guy and Jules Sebastian projects. The foundation supports youth mental health by funding the Open Parachute in-school wellbeing programme which is making a huge difference for Aussie kids.
  
  Fiona has spent the last decade or so in the charity sector and is passionate about using her management, partnerships and marketing powers for good! As a lover of music, she is living her dream working in a role where these two worlds collide.
  
  Live music has always been Fiona’s happy place. Since having kids she’s been known to say she is “as happy in the mosh pit as she is in the sandpit!” She is loving introducing her children George and Amy to the music scene.
